If you have good grounds and want to file directly for divorce without issuing any legal notice,you can make the lawyer to draft the petition and file in the court. You can file by yourself too but that would be risky and may back fire due to laches with laches & lacuna,,,,better consult a lawyer for better results. But the battle is long and expensive too. If you could make your wife agree for a mutual divorce that would be easy speedy and less expensive...

I have a 4 months old baby and I want his custody also. Currently I am working but what if I don have a job still will I get my boys custody or it will be given to my husband? What does the law says? I want to know the details regarding what a woman gets after divorce even if she is not working?
