Will chairman resignation dissolved complete body?

If any member of the Executive Committee (body), it cannot be dissolved.  verify your society bylaws, whether such clause is  added or not.

Thank you Sir for reply. I think no such clause added in bylaws. We have default bylaws and till date we have not made any changes/amendments in our bylaws.

so now the EC can conduct the meeting and elect to a new body then amend the bylaws if necessary. 

1. The president can tender  resignation to thecommittee members of the RWA.

2. The status will be that he will remain as Presidenty until a replacement is found for him or the RWA accepts his resignation.

3.  It is a honorary post hence it is his rights to resign or continue with the post until he has been removed from the post for any alleged misconduct or misappropriation or embezzlement offences.

The RWA cannot force him to continue against his willingness but may request him to continue till an alternate arrangement is made for the post.

The association cannot be dissolved for this.
