It's bailable.

Type in Google, sec 324 ipc bailable or not and Enter.

You'll find a wealth of information there.

Facts are unnecessary for this query.     This's a very good query.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     26 December 2019

section 324 IPC. The offence: Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means. Descripttion: Voluntarily causing hurt to a person by using weapons meant for shooting, stabbing or cutting or even any instrument which when used as a weapon of offence, is likely to cause death.

The maximum punishment for an offence under Section 325 IPC (Voluntarily causing grievous hurt) is imprisonment for 7 years

It is bailable offence but non-compundable.

Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     27 December 2019
