Trading

Is it possible for an govt employee under suspension to do intraday stock trading for living when subsistence allowance was not given? Later if subsistence allowance is given can it be accepted?

Dear sir,

As per me you can do intra day trading and there will be no restrction.

Investing hard-earned money expecting good return is not speculation and this is not against disciplinary rules, but facts/circumstances may differ from case to case if the employee is under suspension for financial embezzlement and misused his authority.
