I heard the matter abates.

P. Venu (Advocate)     03 December 2019

The decisive issue is not property, but whether he has the means to satisfy the decree. If the Judgment debtor is a woman, she cannot be subjected to civil imprisonment.

Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     04 December 2019

What is your concern/ problem / locus standi if this is not an academic topic for debate??

TGK REDDI   04 December 2019

Shri P. Venu suggested that Shri J. C. Vashista should give precise inputs.

No change in him.

Shri J. C. Vashista has no locus standi to demand locus standi, concern, etc.    May he not give chance for fellows like me to advise him, an aged Advocate.

In civil suit you have to pay bata for him to imprisonment.when you stop paying bata he will be released .so you loose money for imprisioning also.
