Obtaining marriage certificate after the death of husband

Hello Lawyers,

What is the procedure to apply and obtain Marriage Certificate (In Delhi) after the death of Husband. Please guide.

You can obtain Marriage Certificate by paying necessary fees.  Husband's presence or signature not necessary.  Any one can obtain marriage certificate from the Marriage Officer where you registered.  If they ask say it is not necessary.

If you have registered it then you go and apply for certificate by paying the amount prescribed.
