appeal

jd file appeal for ex party judgment and decree with delay and stay apapplication pending in high court Rfa(os) alongwith execution proceeding is going on in district court kya excution court petition dismiss kar dega but high court did not grant stay

Execution court will proceed in execution untill there is stay or the decree is set aside...

If there is no stay on execution proceedings from appealte court,the execution must and shall proceed.
