Hi all, My cousin is victim of 498a and 125 and domestic violence. He has completed all initial police process and court process with the help of advocate. and This all cases are false.
and usually court does not act quickly for next few years. and now he want to go for abroad study for 2 years and he will get the visa in months.
I want to ask
1. What level of headache he has to face if he goes without informing a court?
2. and if He wish to inform court then Will be there any bump ahead in his visa process? and what will be?
3. What sort of things he has clear before leave country?
