A has been deceased.he was unmarried.

the property of A wil be distributed among us( B and C).
i am B.
i have gpa of C. can i act on behalf of C to refuse to take share which will come to C from A.?

IF the GPA states that you can execute relinquishment deeds for relinquishing the share of your brother then you can by way of relinquishment release his share.

But act in a fair manner and if C wants to relinquish it really, ask him to write such a letter to you for use of GPA for that purpose of relinquishing share of that particular share of C in schedule properties.
