To promulgate or send out. In a lawsuit, a disputed point of law or Question of Factset forth in the pleadings, that is alleged by one party and denied by the other.

" Plaintiff's Counsel receives Rs. 100/-".     I'm unable to understand this.

" Next hearing ISSUES".     You want to know what this means.

If Plaintiff disagrees with any point of  Defendant or if Defendant disagrees with any point of  Plaintiff, there lies an ISSUE.

A judge, after hearing the parties or their COUNSEL, finds out the disagreements and frames ISSUES.

A Party is not heard if represented by an Advocate.

Defendant may have filed w.s after limitation so 100 rs cost is imposed now posted for issues.then after evidence commences.
