First get confirmation from such Dy Tehasildar by demanding certified copies basing on which mutation was done, the names of all such employees involved in the process.  Use RTI for this.

Then make a complaint to the Collector seeking for cancellation of the mutation.  Do not part with possession and remember that mere mutation can not take away any of your ownership rights.
