Wanted to ask what laws govern unethical practices including workplace bullying and discrimination and how can an employee go against it. Can i go ahead and hire a lawyer for the same. Need urgent assistance on this. Please if I can get a response on this. Thanks
Don't take everything seriously, as you have to live with them for hours together in a day. This is common in many offices and slowly it melts down to friendship. Do not invite complications on spur of the moment. Litigation is a punishment for everyone and avoid that , though you may hope to win, as you have to lose several things for that small victory.
