In case any Writ Petition under Article 32 is dismissed by the Supreme Court, a Review Petition challenging the said order would lie within 30 days. In case at a later stage, even the Review Petition is dismissed, a Curative Petition shall lie. This is a discretionary power and the court exercises it only in rare cases.
