case transfer

hello, i just want to know is there any proccdure to transfer a case from matrimonial house to parental house for pregnant wife. please advice

Yes , if you want to transfer the case in the same state then High court of that state has the power or if the states are different then supreme court have this power to transfer the case from one state to other state

yes my husband and in laws are cruel and want to kill my unborn baby and me. because they want heavy dwory,and my parents are not able to provide them. i filled 498a and 125crpc, but also he filled sec13 after received legal notice from these cases.

hi, no i already filled a case against him in last month.and this sec 13 case is registered in this month, means after my case. and those are cases filled in hometown.
