My aunt son transfer her property as a gift deed on his wife name via power of attorney...which he taken from her by fraud that..which she signature boz he wanted to do some bank work ...she don't have knowledge abt these think...after property transfer she get to knw abt these thing...
plz let me know if she file civil suit..
1) wht are court free for her in case on fraud and she is 57 year old...
2) wht are her right in under senior citizen protection law??
