Civil suit - partition

Hi everybody, My IA and partition civil suit is pending before Hon'ble court and defendants are alienating suit schedule property colluding with builder, even my advocate send legal notice to concern SRO not to register till matter is disposed. Please advise to stop registration.

If they sell make them as additional parties in the suit and pray that your share is not binding.

You mean to say purchasers of suit schedule property will become additional parties then there will be multiple purchasers and the nature of the suit will be changed ?
