Maintenance Issue

My mom files a case against my father for maintenance..right now the case is going against with my mom. My father and brother show the monthly salary 18000 for my mom earing this salary given tuition but this is totally wrong. 3year back my brother save money from my mama's account and the file the Tax, using my mum's account and now he showed all 3year tax return file in court for against the mma. Is any solution for this, he did the fuard and lawer says may be we miss this case bocz your mom earing the money.

There are so any judgements where court has clearly laid down that no matter even if the wife is earning , she still eligible for maintenance , even a unmarried daughter is also eligible. you can contact for these judgements if you want.
