Transfer of land from father to son. Sale deed se krna chahiye yaa gift deed se ?

Dear sir, father can gift the propery to son. sale not necessary.

I'm belongs to Jharkhand state, kindly provide me the difference in stamp duty. Gift deed ke Baad , property kisi Ko sale kr sakte hain kya?
