judgement on stamp duty exemption for merger under MSME

After receiving order of merger between sister concern company we have applied with d Adjudication authority for stamp duty calculation.v came to know from District Industry centre (Dic) in whose jurisdiction Property is situated I e Nashik that as under PSI scheme 2013 v r eligible for exemption of stamp dutyas we are register under MSME .v received exemption certificate but d same was not accepted by Mumbai collector of stamp.v have filled Appeal with IGR Pune for d said issue and to get d exemption.v need judgement based on d similar facts to claim stamp duty exemption
