property share dispute

hey,we are 4 sisters all papers of will are in name of father .Now four sisters of my father filed a suit claiming that we have Share in our brother's property.Is it worth case filled by four sisters of my now "late Father"and is there any possibility of getting any share as per muslim law . KINDLY ADVISE

As Ur Muslim the shariat applies .will is applicable for 1/3rd only.the remaining 2/3will be divide betn4sisters brother mother if alive.

If the will is executed in respect of 1/3 of the executant's entire properties, your father's sisters have no legal right over the same.

You have no alternate but to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for your 1/3rd x 4 = 1/12th share in your deceased father's estate.
