Q. An employee who is appointed clearly on deputation vacancy on temporary capacity in the year 2000 as Section Officer and later in year 2019 he was reinstated to the same post with immediate effect as regular employee by an order of govt. Can he claim his date of appointment year as 2000 in the seniority list issued by the dept. ?
**In his initial appointment order it was mentioned that he/she will be adjusted to the regular post in near future when there is vacancy araise.
