How can i get relieving? I am working nbfc in mumbai, my senior told me to resign & serve notice for 1 month,i serve notice, now thay not ready to give me relieving. thay told me my loan customer skip till all amount recovery from customer thay will not give me relieving 7 fnf , my boss given 1 to 1 mail acceptance and last working day, but super boss not ready for release. multipal time diccition with hr but hr manager help less, please suggest what should I do.

Hello Sir,
In my view, you have completed all the necessary obligations to leave the company. Therefore, to obtain your relieving and fnf you should draft a notice against the company, and if the company does not respond then you should file a case against them.
