Regarding vehicle release

sir,. financed two truck by same financer, one truck given fraudly that's already runs 90,000 km bcs that invoice was not my name name when go his authorized service center told, I lodged fir against them, second truck seized by his authorized agents due to default two installment now they are telling pay both vehicle installment than we will release ur vehicle,. although case is running in trial court as well as in consumer Court for first vehicle, pls suggest me law to release my second vehicle,
