Theory says but practicals is difficult so no predictions can be given it is just like hair pin curve. if any one goes to court it simply takes----yrs.in one of my case grand son challenged with his father of his grand father's self acquired property. He took stay until suit is decided.the suit dragged until grandfather dies.after his death suit continued between father and son.

Self or ancestral it is immaterial .if any one steps to court itself goes on.on point of law we can say it but in practical it is hard. only who is matured can understand .one person deposited money in bank.when term finished he gone to withdraw money.but bank refused to release and telling he is not original.he stepped to court to take justice it took 8yrs to receive his own hard money.
