Frivoulous pils

Frivoulous PILs are not permitted in the court of law but over the past couple of years, we have seen a number of members of the Bar use this powerful right for frivoulous purposes and waste the court's time for a few minutes of fame. What do the esteemed members of this platform think is the solution to this and what should the courts do to prevent this habit keeping in mind there is a rising pendency in courts as well?
