Filling of female bcb carry forward vacancy

The Singareni collieries company Limited applications were invited for filling of Junior Accounts Officer(E-1) (Internal) 2 Regular (OC-1 Local + BCA (W)1 Open to all) 1 carry forward vacancy i.e. BCB(W)-1 Open to all During the written test conducted on 05.02.2019, I have secured 2nd position in the provisional merit list with a score of 56.23. In this regard, I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I belong to BC’B’ Caste. As per the above circular the post for BC’B’ Female is in the carry forward vacancy as no female applicant applied for the said post, the said post remains vacant after the current exam also. In this situation I requested to management to consider my candidature for filling up of the post of Junior Accounts Officer in female carry forward vacancy In this case, is it justice as per the Rule of Reservation, How to proceed legally. Kindly advise for further action.
