can leave India for short period if 498a case is going on?

hello everyone again me and my entire family have a 498a case going on aganist them. fir was registered and we all took anticipatory bail. my younger name is also there. he intends to fly to Europe to meet his friends. can he go ?? or he can't leave India unless case is disposed off

One of my friends did go outside without permission with dowry case going on No body stopped how ever a show cause notice from passport ministry came to his home for leaving India after his wife complaint

Well it depends on whats terms are written in the Bail order, or if he wants to go let him go, but make sure no Social Post like photo or checkins..

Is there any restriction imposed by the Court while granting anticipatory bail ? Did you consult your lawyer who have successfully managed to get AB ?
