I had issued a Manadatory Notice of Demand to an Accused on behlf of my client.
The accused had replied this notice accepting the Legal Debt and sought some time beyond timelimit to file a criminal case.
Now, I am filing a criminal case in this matter.
Should I include a copy of this reply to demand notice in my documentatry Evidence list with the court complaint?

It is highly recommended that you should include reply notice from accused along with the complaint as it has material admissions. It will highly affect your side of the case.
