Respected Members,

500 grams Ganja seized from accused. Now the offence is triable by a lower court or sessions court? please send information as soon as possible. if any notification of central govt?

as per my opinion it's trable by session court in ndps SPL court

Judge special court will try. Normally it will be additional sessions judge or sessions judge. And it is non bailable
