Limitation for filing revision at MRT

Dear Sir/Madam, i am finding limitation period for filing revision application at Maharashtra revenue tribunal,mumbai. order is passed by Sub divisional officer ratnagiri, against which i want file revision at MRT. Kindly help me to know what is the limitation periord. whether 30 days or 60 days from order date.?

If limitation is crossed u can file an application with reasons to condone delay for Appeal in section 5of limitation act.

sir , your ans. is different than my question. i know than condonation application etc. i am just asking limitation period from the date or order... 30 /60
