bail under 420 case

sir actually I am government servant and case was lodged on me because of misappropriation of govt funds and I was under imprisonment for 79 days and now I got bail after chargesheet was prepared by police department they prepared two chargesheet A&B for one case and I got bail after submitting one chargesheet.now my lawyer told me that I have to get bail again for second charsheet.sir I was attended for one date given by judge and now judge given me another date on 21 february.so plz advise me sir whether I have get bail again for second time or what.

The police must have filed supplementary challan with more allegations against you thus adding more Sections of the relevant law to the set of allegations against you.

It must be beyond just S.420 IPC. Act according to the advice given by your counsel after carefully perusing the chargesheet submitted by police.
