Maintenance Case

i am asked to pay Rs.10000 as interim maintenance for wife and 3 minor children.....My salary is Rs.4500....i have produced salary certificate....What to do now....I am not in a position to pay that amount.... What happens if I don't pay.........G V BALAKRISHNA, Guntur AP

if you feel that the order needs to be corrected file review petn or else file appeal. Before that seek opinion of your counsel.

If the photo is even not yours, the averment that your salary is Rs. 4, 500/- a month can't be believed.

It is only interim maintenance u shud have to pay it is not final.how is it that such lowincomeman has produced 3children.are playing fun .producing &leaving them irresponsible man the court has shown mercy for this irresponsible man.it shud have jailed u.it was the best treat ment .
