Prenuptial agreement

Prenuptial agreement is concept not recognized by Indian laws, this part of matrimonial laws of foreign countries, forget it if you want to make it as this won't be executed through Indian court. However for sake of convenience of recording the dowry or gift given and taken by both parties at the time of marriage the agreement can be entertained and recorded.
