Nri family security law in india

I am NRI, my family is in india. if some haresses my family what action i can performed here abroad.

what a re the laws for NRI family security, if head of family is not present in india

Law is equal for citizens living in the country or abroad.

There are no separate laws for NRIs. If someone harnesses your family, you have to approach Police in India.

If you anticipate risks take your own precautions like installing CCTV, linking to your phone the home coverage etc., and maintain good relations with neighbours and entrust this to your friends and relatives. Do not expect special treatment to your family, because you are NRI . Even soldiers who are fighting in our borders for the country can not claim such special category for their families.
