Same right which any other child of the father. For Hindus the intestate property of deceased male is inherited by his surviving wife, all his sons and daughters, his mother, all of these are class 1 heirs and entitled to one share each in the property.

How can I see the Rules of LCI that prohibit academic and anonymous Queries?

Does LCI request Experts to offer legal service?

I'm of the feeling that LCI is an interactive platform.   Under no obligation whatever.

If father is no more than  he has got equal share along with other successors of the father.  If the father has got ancestral property then son is entittle for equal share in the share of his father.
