MY WIFE FILED A DIVORCE CASE IN UTTAR PRADESH LUCKNOW AND I HAVE NOT ATTENDED 1ST DATE AND MY SECOND DATE IS ON 21ST MAY 2010 AND DUE TO MY MOTHERS ILLNESS I AM UNABLE TO LEAVE HER ALONE AND ATTEND THE DATE I STAY IN MUMBAI.
PLS IS IT VERY VERY NECESSARY TO ATTEND OR I CAN ATTEND ANOTHER DATE
WILL THERE BE PROBLEM OF EX PARTY ORDER.
PLS REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE MY TICKET IS ON 19TH MORNING PLS SUGGEST.

Looking at your name i can presume you are governed by Muslim Law Board as far as Divorce is concerned, Anyhow as you per your request best thing would be to skip the all the dates so that you would get Ex-Parte Divorce without much effort.

sir i dont want to give divorce i love her and i want to stay with her i have filed a conjugal rights in mumbai
