Through legal but no Co operation

Hi, when my divorce file is in court and also when we have kept the money before the department, if wife comes with other mahila women and wants to attack on my mother, if no cooperation from police what's need to be done first. Also in case if my mother wants to file case which section she need to, also if case goes to court then will she roam around the courts when ever the hearing is happening. She is alone with 65 years of age and now the dead line is need to give them money in a week either in a week through notary, legal or lok adalath said by department because of the pressure from mahila women who came to police station and tortured my mother from both ends.
