Wife problem

When wife file 125cprc after how many month judge will order to pay maintenance to wife she is not working and after the order how many time husband can avoid paying maintenance and for how long husband have to ho to jail for not paying maintenance and after jail will maintenance amount finish. Dear querist,

Wife will get maintenance from date of petition if her claim is accepted by court.

For every month default there is provision of one month jail provision and if default is more than one month then separate petition has to fill for sending husband to jail for time grater then one month.

Judge kitne time bad maintenance order karta hai after filing aur kitne mahine ka maintenance na do to jail bhej ta hai
