One of the farmers was issued EKSAL PATTA for the enjoyment of the govt. land for agriculture purpose in 2008 and till today the same farmer is in possession and enjoyment of the said land.Now recently the TAHSILDAR is asking the farmer to vacate the land since it is govt. land.The said farmer is a poor person when the EKSAL PATTA was issued.Now , how to face this situation.Even crop is there in the land.Please suggest me a legal remedy for this.Can TAHSILDAR or REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER OT DISTRICT COLLECTOR CAN ask the farmer to vacate the said land .If so , what is the legal procedure can the farmer follow.
