Actually we have sale some products to Nepal. After Some time buyers deny the payment and said material condition is damaged and after this he also not returned the goods. So my question is :

1. Where i can file a suit or case for this situation ?

2.And what is the Procedure for that filing the Case?

Any evidence provided (like photos etc.) by him against his Claim that the goods were damaged?

Any written complaint / communication sent by him about the bad quality damaged goods?

Any other claim where He has requested you to replace the damaged material?

Legal options are there but you need to send a Legal Notice to your Client and conveys your intention of legal proceedings if he fails to repay the dues against the goods supplied to him.
