I have gone for SBI credit card settlement in the month of october 2017 Rs 28,600 with 4 installments of 7150 each and my last installment on 5 march 2018 which i could not pay due the health problems and when i contacted the bank the said they said settlement has been broken i need to go for Resettlement which again i have to pay 23,000
I asked the bank stating that i am in financial losses thats y i gone for settlement and i was ready to pay last EMI of 7150 with fine Now even though i paid 1600 past 2 months as excutive is coming for money i keep asking them they are not listenning
they are stating i need to pay 23.000 for missing one last EMI of Rs 7150
Is this the meaning of settlement
can any one help me
