I have a criminal 494/498 on me

I want to ask sir, if iam working in bank and if I have 494/498 criminal case on me then will my bank will deduct my salary and give me 1/3 of it. please guide me in there any rule like that.

there is no provision in case of 498, the bank deduct money from your salary.

deduction from salary there is different process.

whether you wife made any application for maintanance?
