sir......A is my fathers friend......A borrowed money from B ( private financierwho does not having money lending licence )......A borrowed money from B ....in 2010 ......C . my father given as guranteer/suriety to private financier .....B...died in 2015.....now pvt financier forcing and saying to pay amont...of A....he is telling ...we will issue arrest warrant if not fail to pay money......he is not forcing A' SON....as he is wellsettled as software engineer ..his son (A) staying in chennai with hidding his address........he is forcing my father to pay amount...even my father is retired semi govt department ...he gets 2500/- pension....we dont have property .....only bike on my name.....private financier forcing us to pay or not he will take our house hold goods as recovery ......decree from court....even am doing small job...as daily wage worker ...in education institute....how to over come situation...
