One of my clients case got dismissed recently on the grounds of no cause of action i.e order 7 rule 11(d)............ However the learned judge was erroneous in coming to the conclusion......
Recently the judge got transferred........
There is a delay of 20 days (after calculating the time period of certified copies)
My questions are
1) can i move an application for review along with a condonation of delay application??
2) is it true that review and delay application should be on affidavit?
3) is it mandatory to produce certified copies of exh-1 and order along with review application or can i pray to court to bring the record??
