Not Accepting Resignation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have joined an private firm with having 2.5 years of Service Bond from the date of joining, I completed my Bond in Nov 2017, After Nov I applied for the resignation and till now served notice period and all still My employer is not leaving me even they're unable to pay my last 4 months salary is pending along with the last year's appraisal.

I have all the mails and Everything do let me know what I can do.

You'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer for recovery of your pending dues as well as for accepting your resignation, if your employer fails to repay the entire amount within 15 days, then you can file a complaint in labour court.
