Floor construction in delhi

Dear Memebers,

I've a top floor flat in Sadh Nagar II, Palam Colony, Delhi-110045. The building has Lower Ground, Upper Ground, First, Second and Third Floor (Mine). I have the roof rights and if I want to have a small store room built on my roof with cement sheet (not cemented lenter).

Is it legal to get it constructed?

NO. It is not legal.

In Delhi every construction becomes legal and valid one day. Temporary roof top doesn't constitute permanent construction which can be demolished, even if that is noticed by the Municipal corporation, remove the roof top and show it as temporary structure.
