Adv Raj Malhotra is fake and he is not an advocate but a fool with no work and with lots of free time and no knowledge of law. Ignore him. Request you to report the thread in which he posts. He wants LCI to shut down by making queryists uncomfortable and ridiculing them.

Family Courts have wide discretionary powers and procedures are as per the Hon'ble Court's discretion. You can take your evidence during the cross examination.

@ adv kamakshi- nopes.. there are no restraining orders against me.. rather i have won a very important case against my inlaws bcz courts observed that my conduct is just perfect.. how can anyone kill a child by kicking the doors? Haha
