mother is living with daughter who is unmarried. mother is about 60 years old. daughters boyfriend is also involve in  harrasment .can mother do Nc against daughter. what will be the effect of NC on her daughters Job.

The mother can file criminal complaint against the daughter who is living with her in domestic relationship in same household under the Protection of the Women from the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The complaint can be filed directly in the court of the Judicial Magistrate where the parties are living or to the Protection Officer of the district under the Act.

The mother can seek protection order against the daughter and her associate/boyfriend and even seek injunction order against them for any interference in her property to keep out of any dispute or harrasment to her for the purpose of the property.
