summons case

Can an accused in a summons case (138 Ni act) have a right to be supplied the documents which the complainants are relying on? Especially the documents placed on record by CW2 and CW3?
Court held that documents relied upon by CW1 were supplied to us because they are part of the (138) complaint and the court is not bound to supply the documents placed on record by CW2 and CW3. Please suggest.
