what to do ? i am owner of land . 20 or 25 years before my father given me this land but right now my uncle is saying he need some land means his share . my father has 3 brother. 20 - 25 years before they divided land orally (not writen on document)and said you take this land i will take this land . after so many years leter they are saying we need over shares what to do ? i dont have any "kharedi khat" which describe this land they given to my father ... in initial days when they divided land they taken good land and given us bad but now so many years later of orally distribution of money he clame he has given less shares ....what to do ?
